educate new students about healthy eating on a budget, through the power of potatoes and help them understand that you can live well from a small food budget and keep their money for socialising etc.

healthy and creative cooking can be fun and inexpensive to do.
In order to achieve this I will produce either a recipe book of 25 potato recipes including a page of nutritional values or a set of fridge magnets which will feature recipes that are easy and simple to follow with small illustrations to make them appealing for students.
