1. Knowledge and improvement of different softwares.

6. Fully utilise the colleges resources.
7. Improve confidence in design and ideas/ presentations and crits.

Level 4 Personal Aspirations.
1. have mastered photoshop and illustrator,
2. become quicker at generating ideas and translating the ideas into finished pieces/development,
3. get a part-time job somewhere that isn't mind numbingly boring,
4. explore briefs in more depth,
5. go to as many festivals as possible,
6. become more confident when presenting work to group crits,
7. discover new working methods,
8. walk to college at least one day a week,
9. design posters/flyers for club nights/vintage fairs/cafe's and
10. meet people.
